2. Order Processing Time

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs delays for international shipments.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
- Tracking Information: If your shipment has not updated within 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number, please allow additional time for the tracking details to be processed by the carrier.

- P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid, physical shipping address when placing your order.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
- Customs Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping.

9. Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may ask for photos of the damaged goods and packaging to facilitate a claim with the carrier. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
