At FabCiteIno, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality musical instruments and accessories. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- The item must not have been altered, damaged, or used in any way.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
If the product is defective or arrives damaged, we will cover return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or replacement.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@fabciteino.com or call (775) 849-2864 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Name and email address
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for sending the item(s) back to us. Returns without an RAN will not be processed.
Ship the Product Back: Carefully package the item(s) and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refund or Exchange: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or an exchange for another product, depending on your preference.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Used or opened musical instruments (unless defective)
- Clearance or sale items, unless defective
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange request:
Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges: If you choose to exchange an item, we will send you the replacement item(s) once the returned product has been received and processed. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a full refund or replacement.
- Defective products: We will either repair, replace, or refund your purchase at no additional cost.
- Damaged products: Please take pictures of the damage and send them to our customer service team along with your return request.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return Shipping Fees: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. If your product was damaged or defective upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, particularly for large or bulky items. This fee will be clearly stated in the return instructions if applicable.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for a return. You will receive the new item as soon as the returned product is inspected and processed. Shipping fees may apply for exchanges, depending on the nature of the exchange.
8. Order Cancellations

9. Exceptions to the Return Policy
- If the item is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling, we will not accept a return.
- Items purchased from third-party retailers, such as physical stores or online marketplaces, are subject to the return policies of the respective retailer and cannot be returned to FabCiteIno.
